LVL Terms of Service
Effective 5 September 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and the developer of LVL for using the LVL app. By using LVL you accept them.
Using LVL
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use LVL on devices you own. Don't reverse-engineer the app, resell it, or use it to break the law. You must be at least 13 years old to use LVL.
Not medical or fitness advice
LVL records what you choose to log — workouts, habits, weight — and shows you statistics about it. It does not provide medical, health, or fitness advice, and its numbers (XP, levels, streaks, estimated one-rep maxes, BMI) are motivational and informational only. Consult a qualified professional before starting an exercise programme, and train within your own limits.
Your content
Everything you record in LVL is yours and stays on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for your own backups: if you delete the app without exporting one, your data cannot be recovered by us — we never had it.
Premium, subscriptions, and refunds
LVL Premium is sold through the App Store or Google Play as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings; cancelling stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies, not by us. Prices may change; existing subscription periods are honoured at the price you agreed to.
Ads and rewarded features
The free version shows ads and offers optional rewards for watching them. Rewards are granted only when the ad provider confirms the ad was watched; ad availability is not guaranteed and rewarded features may be capped or changed.
Changes to the app and these terms
LVL will evolve — features may be added, adjusted, or removed. If these terms change materially, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date; continuing to use LVL after that means you accept the update.
Warranty and liability
LVL is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for LVL in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
